What Our Clients Say

Aerial Photography can play a vital role in a successful legal case. Because we recognize that timing is critical when preparing evidence for a court case, these missions are our top priority.
We will deliver digital files of your images as well as enlargements to be used in focus groups, depositions, and in court. We mount the enlargements on gator board and add a dry-erase laminate so that you can draw and mark on the images as needed.
We also understand the requirement for confidentiality throughout all phases of a legal project. Your case will never be discussed with another client and your images will never be sold to any other person or company. To protect your images, all original photography is stored in at least two separate places.
Land condemnation is a legal process by which government or public utility takes or permanently damages private property for the purpose of public use. The condemnor decides the value of the property taken and pays “just compensation”. Unfortunately, land owners are often not justly compensated. SkySite’s aerial photographs help attorneys and juries assess more accurate values to a wide variety of properties. For example, a tract of land near a heavily developed retail corridor may possess value as a future commercial development. However, if vehicle access is taken away from the property, the land’s value diminishes significantly. This impacts the land owners, their families, and the local community.
Aerial photographs clarify the layout of the general area and the exact position and condition of the property in question.

SkySite can arrive over the scene as events unfold and provide a priceless photographic record for lawyers and engineers in accident reconstruction. Our prompt response greatly increases the value of the images for accident reconstruction and investigation. In the examples below, the attorneys used the high-resolution version of these aerial photos to see things inside the wreckage that they could never have otherwise seen.
SkySite Aerial Photography helps attorneys and accident reconstruction engineers with cases involving motor vehicle accidents, construction failures, workplace accidents, fires, explosions, and train accidents including derailments and collisions. In many situations, our aerial photos are the difference between winning and losing a case. The images often disprove testimony and shed light on critical details. Clients know they can count on SkySite to photograph these scenes correctly and quickly.
